This is author Tom Grumley's latest account of one of smaller of the many streetcar systems in Canada. The book traces the history of the streetcar system on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River across from Quebec City. From it's start in 1902 as the Levis Electric Railway, to the Levis County Railway, to it's final name of Levis Tramways Company in 1916, this book covers the entire history.
